DetailsDuplicity's man page is unaccessible for non-root users.
(Installed duplicity-0.6.17-1, x86_64.) Steps to reproduce: $ pacman -S duplicity $ man duplicity man: can't open /usr/share/man/man1/duplicity.1.gz: Permission denied $ ls -l /usr/share/man/man1/duplicity.1.gz -rw------- 1 root root 13K Nov 25 20:20 /usr/share/man/man1/duplicity.1.gz Could you have a look?
