Description: Cut / copy / paste shortcuts not working
I'm using latest arch (archbang) with 32- and 64-bit kernels. On both eric and eric4 the cut/copy/paste shortcuts (ctrl-X, ctrl-C, ctrl-V) are not working. The alternate shortcuts, if any, are also not working. Most others seem to be working (word right / left works). I've previously used eric on ubuntu, and there the shortcuts work as configured. It's very difficult to create code without these shortcuts (I generally don't use a mouse when using laptops). Thanks for looking into this. Additional info: * package version(s): eric, eric4 * config and/or log files etc.: appears on x86 as well as amd64 kernels Steps to reproduce: Use eric, select some characters or words, try ctrl-X or ctrl-C. Does not work. Cut / copy / paste via mouse works. |

It's because of changes in QScintilla. So far it looks like we need to backport http://die-offenbachs.homelinux.org/viewvc/eric4%20IDE?view=revision&revision=4185 and 4186 for this.
