some time ago, i disowned a package that i submitted before, python-texttable (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=39012). In the meantime, it's flagged out-of-date. Although i'm not the maintainer anymore, i still can unset the out-of-date flag.

Ok, seems to be intended, because a logged-in user can unset the out-of-date flag on every package. Is there are reason for this?

I agree that only the package maintainer and TUs should be able to unflag packages, yeah.
