Description:

With the default installation of webmin and syslog-ng, webmin looks for syslog-ng.conf in /usr/local/etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf, but the default location for that file is in /etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install webmin and syslog-ng
2. Go to syslog-ng module config
3. See location of syslog-ng.conf file
