Description:
chmsee not working with current xulrunner

Additional info:
* package version(s)
1.99.05-3
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
$ chmsee
Error: Platform version '8.0' is not compatible with
minVersion >= 2.0b9
maxVersion <= 7.0.*

we need to modify /usr/share/chmsee/application.ini to allow xulrunner 8.0.
manually changing the file makes chmsee working on my system.
