Detailsas it seems that other packages provide their systemd units, and xdm only creates xdm.service automatically when systemd is present in the build system, would be nice if the xorg-xdm configure options had:
--with-systemdsystemunitdir=/lib/systemd/system |

If we're going to add this, we should also add pam_systemd.so to /etc/pam.d/xdm.
