Description:

I've had some issues with mongodb properly starting and stopping so I'm submitting some minor changes to the rc script.

The changes include defining and ensuring the removal of the mongodb.lock file, as well as defining the shell used when launching the process.

.patch is attached (very small)

Additional info:
* package version(s): mongodb 1.8.0-2

latest mongodb is 2.0.1-2 http://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/mongodb/ you said 1.8.0-2, this is probably a typo..

You need to figure out why you can't stop mongodb, --shutdown is the correct way to shut it down now.

If it isn't shutting down for you for some reason, don't ignore it because you're probably stumbling onto an upstream bug or something.

I would suggest manually starting and stopping mongodb to see if you can reproduce it using the "proper methods".
