for close this bug we should find a permanent link, because http://download.opensuse.org/source/factory/repo/oss/suse/src/*
contain only latest version ....

It may be an upstream decision.
Some packages can be found http://ftp.archlinux.org/other/ but hwinfo is not one of them.
