FS#27 - logrotate doesn't rotate apache logs properly

Details/etc/logrotate.d/httpd needs to be fixed so it doesn't rotate already-rotated logs.
As of now, it finds logs like error_log.1 and moves it to error_log.1.1. This continues until we have thousands of log files in /var/log/httpd. |
