Hello,

synergy 1.3.8 regularly segfaults when the cursor goes from one machine to another. This is tied to the shared clipboard functionality, and is a regression from 1.3.7.

There is an upstream bug report at http://synergy-foss.org/tracker/issues/3066

Pending a reaction and a fix from upstream, and given that this regression makes synergy almost unusable, I'd recommend reverting Archlinux's to 1.3.7.

Thanks

The patch http://synergy-foss.org/tracker/attachments/2956/dagdiff seems to have fixed it for some people. Can anyone confirm?

I rebuilt 1.3.8 from abs and it worked fine for me after that. I do think it needs a build number bump and a new package.

EDIT -- Nevermind. It still happens in some cases :(

This needs to be fixed.

Please revert to 1.3.7 until upstream fixes 1.3.8.
