Could this package be upgraded to the latest version please which is currently 1.3.8. 1.3.6 always fails when it is compiled with makepkg and comes up with the following error

Test addr 102 www.bundesregierung.de failed, got NL, expected DE
Test addr 204 www.bundesregierung.de failed, got NL, expected DE
FAIL: test-geoip

Version 1.3.8 doesn't have this problem and compiles without any problems at all.
