DetailsMany of the effects in Cheese ("Chrome", "Cartoon", 7 total) are not working -- the previews are empty, attempting to choose the effect does nothing.
These effects require 'community/frei0r-plugins', which should be added to depends or at least optdepends. Installing the package makes all effects work. |

i don't think is a dependency for cheese but rather for gnome-video-effects

No, it still isn't. (In fact, currently those filters don't work at all with cheese from [gnome-unstable].)

Probably because cheese unstable uses gst 1.0.
