I suggest add wine stable package and rename the existong package to wine-devel.

You could always use wine-stable from the AUR:

wine is never really stable anyway and maintaining 2 packages adds unnecessary maintenance overhead. I'm also expecting the majority of people would still use the development version, so I won't do this. Please use the package from AUR.
