Description:
while playing H.264 coded files it eats the CPU in few mins,rendering the whole system unusable.

Steps to reproduce:
playing any file coded with H.264 starts utilizing all the CPU in short time following which the system drags and the system recovers only by killing the offending video player using the decoder.
