when i download a file and save it in a NTFS partition chromium fails, download is interrupted Additional info: package version: 15.0.874.106-1 (x86_64) (previous versions are not affected) Error: "[2548:2548:692117684:ERROR:browser_main.cc(96)] Gtk: Unable to retrieve the file info for `file:///home/lab/archivio/butta/ccsm-0.8.4-i686-1sl.txz': Errore nell'eseguire lo stat del file "/home/lab/archivio/butta/ccsm-0.8.4-i686-1sl.txz": File o directory non esistente" (/home/lab/archivio is a soft link to /mount/archivio/, a NTFS partition) Steps to reproduce: Choice any files on the web and save it on NTFS partition. I found this topic: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=102200. Identification of problem in 18th comment. A solution is provided to follow. Sorry for my poor english and thanks |
