Kernel panic when turning off/rebooting the computer

It seems it's a common issue with 3.0 kernel. Opened a topic:

Steps to reproduce:
Very hard to reproduce. Sometimes it fails, sometimes it's fine. Downgraded to 3.0.4 and never had issue so far.
I have to "hard-reboot" my computer when this bug happens

Another information: the network is encrypted in WPA2-PSK (AES).
