Description:
Changing org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power button-power to shutdown the power button keeps interactive when pressed.
Bug and patch already reported to upstream but not applied yet.

that patch is included in 3.2.1.

what do you really want? to not have the interactive way and just shutdown directly?

exactly, but it does not happen when i click the power button, continue interactive, even with org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power button-power shutdown.
It worked fine in 3.0, since upgrading to 3.2 this option ceased to have effect, remains ever interactive.

I already have tried using acpid as an alternative, but does not end the session gnome before shutdown which can result in corrupted files.

well, the patch does exactly what you don't want, if you read the commit description. they don't want to shutdown without a notice.

there isn't anything we can do here. report upstream if you want your old behavior back
