Have you tried saving the volume with "alsactl store" (when it's working and/or after adjusting the levels), then restarting /etc/rc.d/alsa?

no i havent prb with volume adjustmenents(if you mean that), all are saved either sound works or not.Maybe the prb of alsa hardware detection at boot(ramdomly) becomes by me when one time,i was run alsaconf(which is no needed because i have new pci card HDA intel-realtek ALL-662)

Perhaps your soundcard is too new? Have you tried asking in the #alsa irc channel on irc.freenode.net?

yes man but no response so far! i dont want to believe that udev fails to detect on boot sound(randomly)by a "alsaconf" run(as archwiki warning about newest cards)i dont see any warnings or fails during the boot screen

Hm. Perhaps it's because of the latest udev update.

ok seems that when sound not work at boot, alsa recognise my usb cam (which is build in mic)as a sound card! Fixed simply by adding on /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf
theese lines:

alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel
