Description:
ntp should depend on iana-etc.
if /etc/services is missing ntpdate will not work

Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
uninstall iana-etc
and ntpdate yourtimeserver.com

you cannot remove iana-etc since is a dependency for filesystem

ok so there was a glitch somewhere in updating as filesystem was not installed when i did my last pacman -Syu
