Our ftp mirror server (ftp.yz.yamagata-u.ac.jp) has been working.
We has started the mirroring of archlinux package.
Please add our server to your mirror list if you would like to do.
Our mirror site information was follows,

Geographical location of the mirror: Japan
Supported access methods: http, ftp, rsync
URLs for the above access methods: ftp.yz.yamagata-u.ac.jp/pub/linux/archlinux/

The name of tier 1 mirror you are syncing from, which should be one of this:
