Confirmed (that the package talks about .Xdefaults).

Please point to upstream documentation that refers to Xdefaults as deprecated.

I can't find the upstream documentation, but I have found these sources, all of which indicate that ~/.Xdefaults is deprecated in favor of ~/.Xresources:

* http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-6728489.html?sid=40654b02435c9098bf8c4426824cc3fa#6728489
* http://newsgroups.derkeiler.com/Archive/Comp/comp.windows.x/2005-08/msg00024.html
* https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/X_resources
* http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X_resources#Location_and_use
* http://superuser.com/questions/243914/xresources-or-xdefaults
* http://xwinman.org/resource.php

And `grep -ER "Xresources" /etc/X11/xinit/` points out that /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc is expecting a ~/.Xresources file to read the user's X resources.

Changed to reference both.
