Description:

"dconf Editor" (that is, /usr/bin/dconf) lacks a menu-icon. The icon is specified as "dconf-editor" in /usr/share/applications/dconf-editor.desktop, but no such icon exists on a standard install.

such an icon doesn't exist in dconf sources. forward this upstream

I will not. As a user it is undoable to maintain accounts on a zillion different bugzilla's for every package you have installed. You are the maintainer, you take the responsibility to act as a conduit between your down and your upstream.
