After upgrading blueman to version 1.23 just now, the blueman-applet icon that apears on the panel when I plug in my bluetooth adapter has turned into the "no such icon" icon (a little red cross on a white square, on my xfce install). It used to be the standard bluetooth icon on 1.21.

Note: in the plugin configuration (right click the icon, choose Plugins) the icon-name is a configuration option for the StatusIcon plugin. The default seems to be "blueman-tray" which does not exist for me, as a big red cross next to the field indicates. However, changing it to just "blueman" which DOES exist (as indicated by a green V-mark) does not actually help either. It's still the "no such icon" icon.

This is true for me also, in an openbox / fbpanel environment.

After all, I found out that blueman searches for ...
/usr/share/blueman/icons/hicolor/index.theme (which is missing)
... and after looking for
.icons/hicolor/index.theme
and for
.local/share/icons/hicolor/index.theme (both of them also missing)
in the user directory it resumes to the observed 'icon missing' behaviour.

I have the same "problem", but if i connect to a bluetooth device (e.g. my headset) a bluetooth icon is displayed, but "B" part, which is white, normally is green.
