DetailsDescription:
Additional info: * extra/flashplugin 11.0.1.152-1 * aur/linux-pf 3.0.5-1 * Nvidia binary driver 280.xx and 285.xx * flash hardware acceleration enabled/disabled * KWin4 composition enabled/disabled Steps to reproduce: * Install flash plugin 11.0.1.152 * Start a video in youtube.com * Let it buffer and try to skip within the buffered part * Video freezes while audio keeps playing * Sometimes browser (chromium/firefox) freezes followed by X (keyboard/mouse/video but not audio) after seconds. I am able to ssh in or shutdown using acpid power button. This is a regression of the .152 (stable) release as the RC1 (11.0.1.192) didn't have this problem. For anyone interested, you can find the RC1 archives here (rare otherwise:): http://www.mediafire.com/file/6ushtf4s6g550ba/flashplayer11_rc1_install_lin_32_090611.tar.gz http://www.mediafire.com/file/7h09ic12j2voq1m/flashplayer11_rc1_install_lin_64_090611.tar.gz |

I also experienced that when I want to jump to a spécified time, I continue getting the sound but the video sticks on the last screen seen and if I open another video, the whole system freezes with 99% chances (unluck :p)
it looks like the nvidia driver is getting hosed when this occurs. once you are able to remote in, the screen does not change even when you kill all X processed, which would normally dump the screen into tty1. even when you kill the login shell process, the screen is still frozen with a reboot being the only option to recovery.
* nvidia-295.20-1-x86_64
