Hello!

I wrote a new connections script for netcfg to be able to create tunnels through iproute2's "ip tunnel add" command, such as SIT (for IPv6 in IPv4), GRE and others. The primary focus, however, was for IPv6 SIT tunnels such as from tunnelbroker.net (Hurricane Electric).

I took a lot of the code for adding IPs and routes from the ethernet script, changing only the names of functions where appropriate, and have tested with SIT tunnels thoroughly.

Attached is the tunnel script for /usr/lib/network/connections and an example Hurricane Electric IPv6 tunnel config for /etc/network.d
   tunnel (3.8 KiB)
   he-ipv6 (0.2 KiB)
