It seems like the project has been abandoned by the original author (latest commit is from april 8, 2010) and has been picked up by some users who are currently developing and maintaining it.

As a start we need two extra vim plugins in our repo. vim-tlib and another one. also a snippets package would be nice. I'll look into it when I have more time.
