Orca calls xmodmap in it's launcher script (/usr/bin/orca). If it's not available, then shows the following messages:
/usr/bin/orca: line 58: xmodmap: command not found
/usr/bin/orca: line 59: xmodmap: command not found
/usr/bin/orca: line 60: xmodmap: command not found

Some more things:
- at-spi2-atk is also a missing dependency; if it's not installed, then orca not read anything
- Please apply these upstream patches (or at least the latter one, because it's a major problem):
- Without this patch, editing keybindings is impossible: http://git.gnome.org/browse/orca/commit/?h=gnome-3-2&id=866b743e6b7d6dfa8f00bc810d7d7f5de4c20e30
- Without this patch, opening settings window is impossible on Hungarian locale: http://git.gnome.org/browse/orca/commit/?h=gnome-3-2&id=866b743e6b7d6dfa8f00bc810d7d7f5de4c20e30

imo we should draw a line on how many patches we are backporting from git but since are pretty important, i'll include them
