DetailsDescription:
The default configuration file (/etc/mcelog.conf), a logrotate configuration file (/etc/logrotate.d/mcelog) and a directory containing triggers for various events (/etc/mcelog/) are not included in the .pkg.tar.xz, and (obviously) cannot be installed on the system automatically. The current workaround is to manually download the config file and the triggers from GitHub (see link below) and installing them by hand, but this is unpleasant. Additional info: * Version: 1.0pre3-2 * Upstream mirror while kernel.org is down: https://github.com/andikleen/mcelog * I documented some of the issues, workaround procedures, etc. on the ArchWiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/MCE_Handling Steps to reproduce: * Install the 'mcelog' package from [community] |

I should also mention that these are just the packaging errors that I am aware of.
