Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  I don't think it's whorthwhile to add a libsexy dependency to xchat for this small feature. I get the impression that it would be a low usage feature as well. You'll need to use ABS if you want that feature.

XChat uses an included copy of the libsexy spellchecking functions when compiled with --enable-spell=static. This shouldn't differ in functionality when compiled with --enable-spell=libsexy.

Spelling works fine here Do you have enchant installed?

yes enchant is installed.
with --enable-spell=static can only have one language for spell check like this http://i40.tinypic.com/qz1ysm.jpg
if i build with --enable-spell=libsexy has multiple languages in spell check menu, like this http://i40.tinypic.com/21m9qbp.jpg
