Description:

Since I upgraded Gnome to 3.2, Empathy segfaults when I try to set an Adium theme (this worked in 3.0).
Themes shipped with Empathy (Blue, Normal, ...) work without problem.

Empathy uses webkit to display themes, so it's maybe related to libwebkit ?

Additional info:
* package version(s) :

empathy 3.2.0-1
libwebkit 1.6.1-1
libwebkit3 1.6.1-1

you don't know until you provide a gdb trace.

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Debug_-_Getting_Traces#One_package_settings_only

for start recompile only empathy and gtk3

I recompiled empathy and gtk3.

A gdb trace is attached.

is incomplete...

first be sure it doesn't run, ps ax | grep empathy and kill them all

Empathy is not running, "ps ax | grep empathy" only shows itself.

The steps that I have followed are attached. Maybe I'm wrong ?

Ok, I think I found the problem. Empathy segfaults if I set an adium theme which doesn't have variants.

I attach a theme which crashs Empathy.

Can you reproduce the problem with this theme ?
