Description: opening a bookmark bar folder or menu (even the Firefox button) or a submenu results in a freeze for about 2-3 seconds before the menu/bookmark folder content appear. I noticed this behavior after a massive system update regarding Gnome 2.32, and even Pango was updated. Pacman log attached below.

Additional info:

Tried to make a clean profile, via firefox -ProfileManager, but delays persists. Even on right click in the page/browser, it takes about 5-6 seconds to show the dialog.

Even in safe mode (firefox -safe-mode) freezes still occurs on right click/menu open.

seems that you are the only one.

>seems that you are the only one.

I found a similar problem on bugzilla, but safe mode helped in that case.
Nothing of suspect on gdb.

Something similar, always at 64 bit:

Tried with new profile and safe mode with both plugins and extensions disabled, nope.

Still having the bug on Firefox 8, i'll open an upstream bugtrack.

Trying the 10a1 x86_64 version (with new profile) to see if it's a Firefox upstream bug or an Archlinux compilation error.

Nope, still occurring. Filling a bugtrack...

Upstream bugtrack filled, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=704119
