gnome-shell 3.2.0 explicitly depends on nautilus. In pre-3.2.0 gnome-shell worked without nautilus, now gnome-shell-3.2.0 segfaults without nautilus installed. I think it's a good idea to have the dependency on nautilus in gnome-shell's PKGBUILD. Steps to reproduce: $ sudo pacman -Rds nautilus then $ startx and gnome-shell crashes. |
