Detailsmakepkg -c doesn't works to clean the current directory. It's sad, but it was refused here: http://mailman.archlinux.org/pipermail/pacman-dev/2011-August/014050.html
Example: makepkg -c ==> ERROR: A package has already been built. (use -f to overwrite) but if we use makepkg -ch (makepkg -hc doesn't work) cleaning is done before displaying help. This is a little confusion for people who have alias to 'makepkg -c'. Calling help, clean their work... Currently, I use the bug to workaround the makepkg -c restricted behaviour :) |

I see the bug being that "-hc" does not clean while "-ch" does given -c has been explicitly specified.

Ya. Usually when you add -h on command line, this should preempt any others options / arguments, especially those which destroy things.
