Description:
When Rhythmbox fails to find the cover art for the playing track, it allows you to drag'n'drop a file or a selected picture (in a Firefox window for instance) over the empty frame, as the tooltip here says.
This doesn't work with 2.90.1 - it used to work some months ago, but I can't tell which version was functioning.

Additional info:
*using rhythmbox 2.90.1.git20110928-1 from extra

Steps to reproduce:
*Be sure to active the album art plugin ;
*Play a track without album art in Rhythmbox ;
*Drag and drop a picture file or any picture from a webpage into the album frame, at the bottom left of the window

can you see if this bug is still valid with rhythmbox-2.90.1.git20111222-1 ?

Was reportedly fixed after 2.96 so will be in next release.

I have compiled rhythmbox 2.97 and this bug is fixed for me. I would request closure but it has yet to be put in the repos...

Yes, 2.97 does fix this (and quite a few other bugs present in 2.96) when will 2.97 appear in the repos? Its been out since the 3rd.

Still no 2.97 in the repos. Is there a problem with this version ?
