Description:
When initiating shutdown, the computer reboots instead. This is not a unique problem; several others have had the problem in the forum link below. For my specific BIOS, disabling "Integrated NIC" fixes the problem (at the cost of no wired Internet). Others have the BIOS option "wakeup on LAN" or similar that they can disable to fix the problem. Running the latest kernel 3.0-ARCH. Would be happy to provide more information.

Additional info:
* See https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=102178 for original forum thread

Steps to reproduce:
* Have wakeup on LAN enabled in BIOS, Integrated NIC enabled, etc.
* Initiate shutdown (shutdown -h now, halt -fihp, init 0, poweroff)
* System reboots
