DetailsDescription:
I have tried with a fresh config. I deleted .kde4 directories and started configuration again. I also reinstalled kdebase-workspace; but KDM does not show any theme wallpaper. It only provides the login dialog on a black screen. Additional info: * package version(s) kdebase-workspace 4.7.1-6 dbus 1.4.14-1 dbus-core 1.4.14-1 * config and/or log files etc. from kdm.log KGlobal::locale::Warning your global KLocale is being recreated with a valid main component instead of a fake component, this usually means you tried to call i18n related functions before your main component was created.
