Details

Description:

Banshee crashes on startup (after activating calculate BPM in preferences). Just installed Banshee, added my music to it and it seemed to work fine. Activated the BPM setting in preferences (while music was playing) and it immediately crashed. Now crashes on startup every time.

Start banshee
Activate Preferences -> Calculate BPM while playing music

I'm unable to reproduce. What happens if you only have the extra/banshee package installed, and no other packages named anything with "banshee"?

gstreamer0.10-bad just needs a rebuild because soundtouch was updated recently. Building is a challenge however, as liblrdf needs some fixing first.
