Description:
python-pypdf PKGBUILD looks OK but while installing it with pacman -S It's installing in the wrong place (and the version don't match the PKGBUILD informations). I suppose it's a binary package availability issue.
I think I did something that may be wrong: I pushed python2-pypdf package to aur, maybe it's important to remove that after the fix.

Additional info:
* package version(s) 1.13 but 1.12 is getting installed in python2.6 path
* config and/or log files etc.
