For help, use the next command :

* 'dosfstools' package
[root@host ~]# strings /usr/sbin/gpartedbin | grep -E 'dos|fat'
dosfstools, mtools _____Multi dependencies list_____
dosfsck -a -w -v
mkdosfs -F16 -v -n "
dosfsck -n -v
N7GParted5fat16E _____GParted menu _____
mkdosfs -F32 -v -n "
N7GParted5fat32E _____GParted menu _____

Check if 'gparted' need the other dependency

* 'mtools' package with 'mlabel' binary
[root@host ~]# strings /usr/sbin/gpartedbin | grep mlabel
export MTOOLSRC=%1 && mlabel -s %2:
export MTOOLSRC=%1 && mlabel -c %2:
export MTOOLSRC=%1 && mlabel %2:"%3"

After that, possibility to add 'dosfstools' and 'mtools' to optdep.
