wget --help shows nothing.

Additional info:

1.13.3-1
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:

Just type 'wget --help'. Should see all the options but it's missing.

For my information...

and probably want to fix --version too:

Although it looks like 1.13.4 has been tagged upstream so should be released soon.

wget 1.13.4 has been released and solves both  bug 34197  [1] and this issue. :)
