Details/etc/adjtime is not used by hwclock. Instead
it uses /var/lib/hwclock/adjtime. The former is checked for in the rc scripts. |

As of initscripts-0.4-6, we will use /var/lib/hwclock/adjtime. rc.sysinit was fixed for this.
