FS#2593 - cvsup using precompiled binaries (ABS)

DetailsThe cvsup PKGBUILD in abs currently provides only prebuild binaries. The i586 team was unable to use the precompiled binaries at one point (due to glibc and linuxthread issues). I make a pkgbuild that would actually compile cvsup from source. It is not the prettiest, but it gets the job done.
Maybe it would be a reasonable starting place for a new pkgbuild for abs, after the devs clean it up appropriately. This might be useful for other architectures or something...
