If run globally, it would be nice to run it as polipo user and not as root
see the wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Polipo for a start


Also, include /var/cache/polipo in the package because that's where polipo cache is file by default if run globally.

or the nobody user if you don't want to create just another user for just another daemon

I don't the policy here for archlinux daemon and user...
