I attempted to update my system using pacman 4.0.0rc1. The package 'pygobject' needed to be replaced with a different package (python2-gobject2), but this version of pacman went haywire. It tried to replace 'pygobject' with virtually every package contained in the extra database including such packages as extra/qemu and extra/racket. I ctrl-c 'ed out of pacman, downgraded to pacman 3.5.4-4, and the problem went away. Steps to Reproduce: |
