Description:

The update to 6.0.1 installs the file type associations correctly, but fails to remove the old associations from version 6.0 in KDE.
As the 6.0.1 entry is listed below the 6.0 entry, no KDE program can find Firefox anymore.

Steps to reproduce:
Try to open a link in any KDE program that uses global KDE file type associations.

The multiple entry's where at the HTML file-type-associations.

I'm not sure why the entry's
/usr/lib/firefox-6.0.1/firefox %u
/usr/lib/firefox-6.0/firefox %u

are used instead of the following
firefox %u

I think firefox is checking to see if is the default browser and you answer YES when is asking. Every time you answer YES, is going to add a generated .desktop in ~/.local/share/applications.

Gnome for example has a location where i set up the default browser and is using firefox.desktop. Along with that, i disabled checking for default browser in firefox preferences.

In my opinion is a bug in firefox because they don't rely on a .desktop (they don't provide one) and the detection is a bit buggy. Also I think is a bug in kde as well
