Description:
There is a "utils" directory in the postgis source tree containing a bunch of perl scripts which are needed to restore a postgis database, among other things. These are not installed with "make install", and are therefore not included with the current package.

Additional info:
* I believe that adding a line like the following to the package() function should do the trick:

cp -r $srcdir/$pkgname-$pkgver/utils $pkgdir/usr/share/postgresql/contrib/postgis-1.5

Fine tune to taste, of course.

Steps to reproduce:
1] pacman -S postgis
2] Note the absense of postgis_restore.pl.

Here is a diff updating to postgis 2.0.0 and using the 'make install' target in the utils/ directory to implement this request correctly; a full copy is not necessary or totally correct.
