Description:
The notification plugin of claws-mail doesn't work properly with gnome 3 notification system. First with this plugin, claws-mail start hidden even if I configure the contrary in the plugin preferences. Second the icon is some time crop (the envelope is not alway entire like in the screenshot attached).

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Install claws-mail and claws-mail-extra-plugins
2 - Load the notification plugin on claws-mail in "configuration">"modules"
3 - Configure the modules in "configuration">"preferences">"notification".
4 - Reload claws-mail
