Description:
The nginx package fails to build on Linux 3.0.

checking for Linux specific features
auto/os/linux: line 21: 3.0-ARCH: syntax error: invalid arithmetic operator (error token is ".0-ARCH")

Yes i'm aware of that. The fix is in the development version but the latest stable release doesn't have the fix. Hence why i've extracted the fix so it can be applied to the stable release.
