Details

Description:
Frets on Fire starts, but crashes after a second or two.

package version: 1.3.110-6

Program output when running 'fretsonfire':
"
SDL_JoystickNumHats value:1:
Fatal Python error: (pygame parachute) Segmentation Fault
/usr/bin/fretsonfire: line 3: 13221 Aborted python2 FretsOnFire.py
"

Error when running 'python2 /usr/share/fretsonfire/bin/FretsOnFire.py' directly:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '../data/star1.svg'

Indeed no such file exists in /usr/share/fretsonfire/data.

Works for me. To start it manually, go to /usr/bin/fretsonfire/bin and run python2 FretsOnFire.py.

Still, that crash is not a packaging mistake. It is related to your system configuration in some way. Make sure your system is up to date.
