(Since both of these packages are maintained by the same person, hopefully it's ok to submit this as one FS instead of two.)

Description:
It would be nice to have a cron job to keep pci.ids and usb.ids up-to-date between updates of the pciutils and usbutils packages. I've implemented this. Based on what other distros seem to be doing, I've made it a monthly job. I've also included a conf.d/ file in each package which allows disabling these cron jobs.

While working on this, I also modified usbutils' PKGBUILD to download usb.ids at build time. Since this works for pciutils, why not do it here?

Included as well are some syntax cleanups for usbutils' PKGBUILD (mostly adding {} around variables and "" around paths).

Additional info:
* package version(s)
pciutils 3.1.7-4
usbutils 004-1

I forgot to remove the now-extraneous copy of usb.ids from usbutils' $startdir. This updated patch does that.

This is a user thing, and shouldn't be put into the package but into the wiki.
